Fan Art Witcher 3 Fiend Statue
This is a passion project I undertook after playing the Witcher 3. I wanted a giant fiend to match the scale of my Dark Horse figures, and well, here we are.
- The base of the creature is made of wire, tape and foil.
- The base it stands on is wood and plastered-over lumps of paper, topped with air-dry clay.
- The creature was sculpted with "Magic Sculpt" (Epoxy Clay) for the base horns and parts of the legs that needed to be strong, and air-dry lightweight paper clay.
- I painted it with a black spray paint enamel base, and then painted acrylics over that.
- Lastly I coated it with several layers of clear spray to protect the paint.
